You may cancel an appointment on the website, mobile app, texting us back, or by calling our support line. 


To cancel an appointment on the Schedulock dashboard, go to the Listing address > look for the approved status found on the left side of the screen. Right below it, look for the X icon, click the X icon and it will ask for the reason of cancellation. 


A cancellation notice will be sent to all parties involved on this listing and appointment.
