We have different lockbox selection options:

Secure Release - Within the confirmation, a hyperlink is provided to the Showing Agent to get the information about the lockbox code, however an Agent's MLS board ID number is required in order for them to get the lockbox code to double authenticate and increase security for lockbox access.

Unsecure Release - The lockbox codes is sent with the rest of the confirmation message via email/text once the appointment is confirmed. Ex. Lbx on rail, lbx 1234 off shoes lights leave card.
