To set a minimum required notice, go to Listing address > Edit Showing Settings >Showing Settings & Availability:

Go to Required Notice - click on the drop-down menu and select the number of hours required to notify the Listing Agent/Vendor/Tenant. You may select from 1hr - 48 hr required notice

NOTE: For all changes made, please click SAVE & UPDATE which is found on the bottom part of the page.
