To allow multiple showings at a time, go to Listing address > Edit Showing Settings >Showing Settings & Availability:

This is where you can select whether you wanted to have multiple showings at a time or just one to two agents per appointment time slot, click on the drop-down menu.

NOTE: For all changes made, please click SAVE & UPDATE which is found on the bottom part of the page to ensure your changes will be applied.
