To view all the notifications that are sent out for a specific showing, you have to go to LISTINGS Tab - type in the address of the property and under the APPOINTMENTS, you should see all the showing requests made, may it be canceled/approved/pending.
On the left side portion of the page, you will see if a request was approved or canceled and right below it, there will be three icons an x icon, clock icon and a bell icon.
x icon- is used for cancelling the appointment
clock icon - is used to reschedule an appointment
bell icon - is where you will find all messages that were sent out for the appointment.
