To view all messages sent to a specific agent,  please go to MESSAGES tab and on the right side portion look for SEARCH tab. On the search tab, type in the Agents name/ email to check all the messages that were sent the agent within the last month. 

If agents are on this page or on the mobile app, they will only be able to see messages sent to them. 

If you need to reference messages for 1 - 3 months ago, please select the archived messages tab. For messages older than this, please contact Schedulock Support at and we will be happy to provide you with the list.
