Prior to this update, the answering services do not typically send out registered offer notifications as most offices/agents do not want this to occur on their listings. 

You are now able to choose if you want your answering service to send these registered offer notifications out to the co-ops as they arrive. The default option is set to "No  - Do not send notice to all co-ops, only the listing agent"

On the Edit Listings Page, under administrative settings -> After Hours - Co-op Agent Register Offer Notices, Select "On - send notice to all co-ops" 

If a co-op agent calls in to register an offer, the answering service will then be prompted with the instructions to do so.
