We have just added reschedule, cancel and unsubscribe buttons to confirmation emails to co-op agents for easy access to make changes to appointments. 

These action buttons, specifically reschedule, will help your office automate an additional step in the rebooking process, enabling the co-op agent to do this themselves. 

When appointments are rescheduled the listing availability settings will still apply. If approval is required on the listing, the rescheduled appintment will go through the normal showing steps for approval.
