If you are an administrator, you can update your agent's contact information by going to the Brokerage tab > Manage members > look for the agent's name and click the pencil icon found on the left side of the screen.

After clicking the pencil icon, a pop up box will appear. You will be able to update their email and phone number as well as notification preferences. Please make sure to Save Changes

Note: If you are trying to edit a showing agent's contact information, you will need to contact Schedulock Support to do so.
