If you are going on vacation or need to temporarily forward your message to another agent, you can do so under your Profile -> Edit Profile. If you are an administrator, you can set this up for specific members under Brokerage -> Current Members -> Edit/Pen Icon -> Auto-Forwarding.
The auto forwarder allows you to select an expiry date in which the platform will automatically revert the changes on that date.
