Appraisal / Inspection Confirmations - Within each listing, you will be able to select how confirmations are sent to Appraisers and Inspectors if they are directly booked into the system. By default the confirmation will be sent to the Appraiser/Inspector directly. If you are using secure release, the code will be sent to the appraiser directly.
Appraiser/Inspector/Other Databases - Brokerages are now able to add and edit their own appraisers, inspectors, and other vendors details within the platform, enabling their contact information to be auto populated for any future appointments.
Within the vendors list you will be able to edit contact information for these vendors as they are associated to your brokerage.
All vendors within your brokerage list will be auto-populated when you book a showing directly for an appraiser/home inspector. A new vendor will be automatically created when booking an appointment for them for the first time.
