You may change/add approval options by going to the Listing address > Edit Showing Settings > Showing Approval:


For  Showing Approval, you may select:

  • Listing Agent - if you wish to have the Listing Agent approve each appointment
  • Email Vendor - if you wish to have the Vendor approve each request via email, we will need to have the vendor’s name and email information to notify the vendor/tenant of the showing request.
  • Text Vendor - if you wish to have the Vendor approve each request via text, we need the Vendor’s information (name & cellphone number). This will enable them to reply to requests via text message which will automatically be read by the platform and handled accordingly. 
  • Call Vendor - if you wish to open a ticket with your front desk or answering service to make a phone call to the Vendor/tenant for each request received. The vendor's contact name and information is required.
