To set up feedback requests, go to Listing address > Edit listing preferences > Additional Settings
You may select on the drop-down menu to turn ON and OFF automatic feedback requests. These feedback requests are sent by email 3 hours after the showing and if no reply, 24 hours after as well.
If your Brokerage has the premium subscription, you are able to select Custom Feedback as one of the options.
NOTE: For all changes made, please remember to click SAVE & UPDATE which is found on the bottom part of the page, to make sure your changes are applied.
