In submitting an OFFER there will be 2 options in doing so:


1st option:  This is by submitting an offer directly under the Showing Agents under the Appointment dashboard that you can see on the Listing. Below the Showing Agents name, there will be 3 icons that Register Offer (on the left) Message (middle) Redo - re sending notifications (on the right), you just have to click the Register Offer Icon, please refer to the picture below for your reference:


Once Register offer icon is clicked, you will be asked to fill in the information needed, please refer to the picture below for your reference:




Option 2:


You may proceed to the OFFERS tab then click Register Offer:




After clicking Register an Offer you will need to select the Agents name on the drop-down menu. if the Showing agent's name is not in the list you may need to manually enter his/her information. once done you will be routed back to the Register an Offer page, wherein necessary fields need to be field up to keep a record.
